SVGMD and Plumas County Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

On January 8, 2019 the SVGMD and Plumas County, each being a Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA), entered into a MOU to facilitate a cooperative and ongoing working relationship to develop a single Sierra Valley Groundwater Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP).
