To be considered responsive, qualified respondents must electronically submit a written SOQ in accordance with the requirements and specifications described in the Request for SOQ documents.

Please note any one vendor/contractor based on qualifications can submit for any component of this SOQ, including submitting qualifications for only the equipment supply or just for the work to install or, if qualified, a vendor/contractor can submit qualifications for both equipment supply and work to install. Teams of vendors/contractors are acceptable, and based on qualifications, the SVGMD supports those interested in partnering to team up.

The Board Clerk will serve as the District’s contact person during the SOQ process. Any and all communication regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by email and directed to the Board Clerk, Jenny Gant at svgmd@sierravalleygmd.org

SOQ Questions Submission Deadline: No later than 5:00 PM on March 28, 2025

Pursuant to Section 8 (Questions) of the SOQ, and as of 5:00PM on March 28, 2025, no questions were submitted to the Board Clerk pertaining to this SOQ; therefore, no SOQ Addendum is posted.

SOQ Submission Deadline: No later than 5:00 PM on April 18, 2025

As stated in the SOQ, the SVGMD must receive all submissions electronically, as a single .pdf file by email.  With that said, the SVGMD understands file sizes, such as the sample project information required to be provided may be too large to include in a single .pdf qualifications file.  Therefore, should it be necessary due to file size, the SVGMD finds it acceptable to provide hyperlinks in the .pdf SOQ submittal to sample projects.
